The Litchfield Township Trustees hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for:
Interior Alterations to the Litchfield Township Administration Building.
Bid Opening – Litchfield Township Hall 9256 Norwalk Road Litchfield Ohio 44253 on October 28, 2024 at 6:00 PM.
The Bid Documents can be secured from Joe Seifert, Trustee, Vice-Chair by calling or emailing your request: 330-421-3889 or email jseifert@litchfieldtownship.com to coordinate pick-up of the ITB package.
Response must be sealed and returned to the township hall (by mail) or in person by 5:00 PM October 28, 2024. All bids must use the Bid Forms provided and be legible.
The Township of Litchfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities and irregularities in the bids received.
